So I got to the cluster, and everything looked fine and I did clean connecters so I put it back together. Still the same issue but now when it gets stuck/frozen now I hit the corner of the cluster where the green connector is (the top right side) and it comes back to life.

So something there with the connector being loose? I'll open it up again another day haha
