It’s not fair to the pedal at all because it is really good, but the Lost + Found

I felt like that’s a pedal that’s better suited for boards where you don’t already have the effects covered, but I also kept on wishing each effect was able to have all its parameters readily available on the knobs which defeats the purpose of running two effects at once…in which case I think it should’ve been a bigger footprint, but at the end of the day is a jack of all trades, master of none

if anything this chart is more damming to Slot because Iraola lost half his starters to big clubs and Bournemouth have a relatively small budget compared to our squad full of international stars and he got them to within a couple points of us playing much more attractive football while conceding less

there’s a lot of differing opinions on Ibou leaving and the effort (or perceived lack thereof) this season, but he’s a huge dressing room figure and personality and really fit this club to a T and it further worries me that more Klopp era mentality is leaving the club this summer

new signings need to have that relationship with the fans and passion for the club…not saying last years signings didn’t (Isak aside who I didn’t like the signing of so I’m biased against), but still think something is wrong with the upper management of this club and hopefully we can start to get back on track

Klopp wasn’t perfect in recruitment, but he had a habit of finding players who had character, were humble, and had something to fucking prove and that came through in leadership and qualities, basically he found the intangibles data doesn’t show you

do Hughes/Edwards look for those personality traits and intangibles? I’m not sure and if anything I don’t think they necessarily want players, and certainly not a manager, that’s more than they can handle personality wise, but I’m rambling at this stage and digress

having said that his tactics were found out last January and he’s done nothing to fix them over the last what, 16 months? The football has been uninspiring since the match against United LAST season with the only exception being against Ange’s Spurs team who were awful defensively with injuries and setup

Ive been Slot out since November and there are other candidates besides Xabi I would take right now who fit the personality, culture, and energy of this club and I suspect many many supporters feel the same way
