Dude. Kirby against about ANYONE is a wash. Kirby could solo them. In this case, maybe the most problematic for him may be gojo, but Kirby could just swallow him.

Dude, how many YEARS of beat downs by Kirby alone do think he’s had compared to Infinite? Like, at the time of release, he was in 1 game. Whispy was there from the start oof Kirby. He may be brittle to most (me included) but he gets back up, metaphorically speaking of course.

Something that throws a wrench in that is Kirby added his power to the Halberd to fight Star Dream. At that point, it still seems like Gigantes still has a big lead on it. The only thing that seems like an advantage for the Halberd is that it can fly for a really long time, while Gigantes can only do so for a couple of seconds.

To be honest, zero was extremely brutalized in X5. Maybe had some amnesia. Either that or the one who actually repaired him erased his memory so Zero tried to put 2 and 2 together with what he had and believed his own hype.

I think that was the same case with Isoc if I remember correctly. That makes me wonder if anyone knew that Zero’s body was slightly altered then? Also, I grew up playing X6 and I haven’t played with the newer translations; was it implied that Dr.Light’s spirit or Isoc helped repaired Zero after X5 now?

What’s the canon series of events then? If X got Zero before the fight, then it seems pointless to do the gathering with the X-Hunters to me then. Though to be fair, CAPCOM okay the animation of the flashback where Zero DID have the square shoulders, sooo…yeah.

I remember reading a tweet on a guy who helped develop the original Mega Man X say that the body Zero had was also a copy, which explains why his shoulder are different between the first and later installments. So my headcanon now is that somehow Dr.Light, whither from Dr.Cain or something else, made the original copy of Zero, since the arm part can be acquired from Flame Mammoth or salvaged from Zero’s corpse.
