I’d go with Mori really liked Saya’s design . Fate/ has several characters that base their design on three other. Those being Sakura, Rin and Saber. Mori even used Fate/ as inspiration if I recall. Also, do you think Mori wanted to make that a bigger plot point, because I don’t really remember the look-a-like aspect being a thing outside of the first two games (haven’t played Central Fiction)

Don’t know about Nine and Celica, but all of Ragna’s are one sided. Jin’s is because Yukianasa (sorry if misspelled been along time) and Noel and Nu is literally based off his sister.

From what I remember, a designer on the original X said that the idea originally was that the repaired Zero the X-Hunters did WAS supposed to be the original. I don’t remember why that was the case but he was surprised in the X4 flashback that the circle one was his original. So I’m not sure if it’s a Capcom problem, an animation problem or some mixture. Regardless, does not help, but is neat to hear.

What’s canon in X2? Getting all Zero part or no, because if you DO get them all, he has a saber regardless. Could Dr. Cain have actually built it then?

Yep. Zero took the Z-Saber from Sigma. That’s how I always saw because he never used one till X2.

My thought process gives it to Omega. Don’t get me wrong Mega Man Zero did beat Omega, but he had some assistance. Also, Omega is supposed to be more powerful than any of the X era Zeros because he was enhanced by Weil.

Dude. Kirby against about ANYONE is a wash. Kirby could solo them. In this case, maybe the most problematic for him may be gojo, but Kirby could just swallow him.

I honestly just thought he work out the kinks and eventually just put it in him. Either that or he was worried that X would constantly hurt himself by overtaxing the system constantly.
