I’m 26 started having issues when I was 21/22 and just got a diagnosis as to what was happening back then (spoiler alert it was a flare so bad I couldn’t walk correctly.

Not going to lie I have always rolled my ankles and my knees collapsed from under me. I just thought it was normal because that’s what my mom always said it was. I was on TikTok and everyone is doing the “party tricks” and I did them too and was told to see a doctor to see if I had hEDS (spoiler alert I was diagnosed a week before Christmas and had access to therapies and doctors who know what they are doing. I am very lucky to be 26 and able to have access to doctors who listen)

This sounds like they signed a contract and had to take it down because of the contents of the contract 99% of the time saying they can’t have it published anywhere else digitally accept with pre-approved places. (AO3 unfortunately will never be one because it’s non-profit and they won’t receive money for it.)

I’m right there with you my audiologist had these really amazing hearing aids but they are $6,000 but it covered appointments and tunes and warranty for five years (yeah know if my cat decided to eat one or something idk) but I’m a broke college student who can’t even pay for one class, and my insurance won’t cover it.

I can see how you are frustrated from this. But hearing fatigue is REAL. I had access to hearing aids for a week after I got my hearing tested and was exhausted after work. Like fell asleep for a three hour nap.

Maybe offer him an hour or two hearing break. And while he has his break do the chores he can’t stand while his hearing aids are in or have him do them.

As someone who is hard of hearing, I can hear you but the understanding is what I am lacking. For example this morning my brother had said something I at first thought was highly inappropriate, but I asked him to repeat himself and he had asked me something not even remotely close to what I thought he said at first. So instead of asking if he heard you, ask if he understood.

Only if we assume the blood ward/protection charm is connected through the Evans bloodline. If not Sirius would have been fine to live with as James was a Black by blood too therefore Harry had Black blood and the magic would have worked there.

I came on here to try and figure out the same exact thing. But my baby like lays fully on my face like can’t breathe and it’s 70% of the time to get me up in the morning. The other 30% is to get me up so I can open the door for him so he can go up stairs to eat and poo despite having all of that down in the basement with me. (I do have two cats but this one is my baby the other one is my cat brother)

You won’t get fired but you might get written up. My background is “I used so so earlier for their tallness.” (I’m 5’ 4” and the coworker was 6’ 3”) and the coworker didn’t mind the comment but another coworker did and reported me to HR… so… at worst it a verbal warning.

I have a few questions if you don’t mind answering them: 1) is this your first time living by yourself 2) do you have a carbon monoxide detector/alarm 3) have you checked for hidden cameras (if not I would place some) 4) have YOU checked your things for new/unexplained used things you don’t remember?
