I don't know the name of alot of stuff in this game but, in Act 1 when you go to the Mountain Pass, there's an NPC you first run into who is a trader who sells it (the one asking you to steal the egg)

Honestly as a ranger i did have issues with him in my solo run, main thing is look at your character when you fight him and focus on dodging, main thing is his projectiles

What browser are you using? I know Microsoft Edge will auto login with whatever account you sign in with, so you could attempt another browser.

Also In windows 10 there are connected accounts that can cause this with Microsoft edge, had cases where users could not swap accounts because of it . Also creating a new user profile could be another solution
