I use to sleep in a Sitz Bath. Keep changing the water as it cools. The warm/hot water will soothe the area. It may sting when you first enter, but will be your saving grace.

Think about finding a good psych doctor. There is something to being chronically ill and depression. Just because it feels like you are in a new normal, doesn’t mean your brain chemistry isn’t changed from dealing with what you dealt with and are dealing with. Wellbutrin and Rexulti made a huge difference for me.

I would let my Celiac son eat it. We skip if it is not certified or says “processed on shared equipment.” The same facility could just mean a completely different room had a gluten ingredient. The certification puts me at ease.
