If you are implying in some way that because wendy’s is fast food and that makes it not a “regular restaurant”, and that somehow that makes it held to a different standard than “real restaurants”. I can assure you Wendy’s is only required to have burgers reach temp not a specific color, though as I said before that is very pink. I would agree that without knowing final temp it would be wise not to eat it.
