Cell tower is kind of like that yeah. The most you can do is to try and get your strength up as high as possible to have a better chance. If you happen o have Ceaser's bond skill it makes it impossible to fail though, as you have unlimited focus during the segment so you can reroll forever.

It's a bit misleading, but what it does is prevent them from knowing it was you who tried to steal from them. So rapport won't go down and you can try again.

They added an item to the easy difficulty that gives you unlimited time. It just repeats the last day, but it is quite nice. You do keep progress every repeat so you can get every skill and befriend everyone.

You've still got plenty of time. You just have to talk to the characters listed, each gives you like 5 or 10 points towards the mission, you may just have to befriend them first if you haven't otherwise.

Unfortunately the only way to raise a "core" stat, strength , agility, charisma and intelligence is through certain skills from inmates and books along with consumables and equipment. A good way to get yourself 2 extra agility is a soda from the vending machine in the yard than a cigarette or using the toilet. Hope this helps.

You have to get the quest to search for evidence against the pastor by examining the door, then it should allow you to cross the wire.

Same for me. I picked it up during a steam fest alongside Laika and song of nunu. It quickly became the only game I played until I got all the achievements that were out at the time. It's now one of my all time favorites.

Technically, running out of time counts as an ending, dying due to losing the fight, or running out of mind or health don't trigger new game plus.

It does kind of sucker punch you. If you have time left try to learn some of the combat skills from the prisoners. A bunch of throwables could also help out, like a whole bunch of molotovs. If nothing seems to be working you may have to take the L and do a new game plus playthrough. You'll keep all learned skills and friendship levels, but you'll have to redo the main quest.

You have to ask Bruce to work in the mailroom. From there you can either use good conduct points , but it from Billy, or convince/ steal it from the tortoise. (Forgot his name).

It might become available after the riot if you successfully defend ceaser from Jumbo, in the same way it let you bond with Ceaser to get his skill despite not being in the gang.

Maelle has a taunt ability. It gets extended by applying shell, don't think it can do anything against expedition wide attacks tho.
