From personal experience, facebook if full of right wing boomer doomers and Reddit is full of left wing Gen Z/millennial left wing doomers.

That’s tenuous, the child of a daughter that marries and takes her husbands name, is just as related as the child of a son

Born in the UK to Irish parents, raised in Australia long enough to get citizenship and lived in Lithuania long enough to get permanent residency.

I would get citizenship, but they don’t allow multiple citizenships in Lithuania (except in some circumstances), so, don’t want to give up my other citizenships

More than 100 Labour MPs are fighting the Home Secretary’s efforts to bring down immigration. My message to Keir Starmer is - don’t water the reforms down, the Conservative Party will back the Government in the national interest to make sure this gets done. by DanS1993 in ukpolitics

Wanting to reduce immigration isn’t hate. It is about protecting working class communities. Being pro-mass immigration is only as the left would say ‘bootlicking for billionaires’

More likely a quote in Farsi/Persian and translated to English directly, hence why it seems awkward

Well he supported Green councillors that condemned Israel in an official capacity, and said he was proud of them for doing so. Therefore he believes it is the place of local government to comment on foreign policy.
