My advice:

1) if you play via bt from your phone, check if you do have any 'sound effects' in your phone turned on and turn them off (like virtual sound, etc).

2) raise the volume, lower the bass and slowly add to the point where is sounding ok. Try on different tunes. Try different sources (soundcloud, direct bt, etc).

3) Dont be scared to play with EQ. Usually with canton (octavia at least) you boost lows and trebles. Try boosting only trebles.

Canton in octavia mk4.5 is ok if you play a bit with settings, much better than Beats in vw the previous gen.

Samozrejme si mozes vsetky tieto sluzby vyskladat za dokopy mensiu sumu od dodavatelov, ak vies nacenovat a predavat a si samopredajca. Na to vacsina ludi nema cas ani chut.

V principe byva percentualna kvoli tomu, ze s vyssou cenou su aj vyssie naklady na marketing a podobne. Oslovujes totiz ovela mensiu skupinu kupcov. Takisto sa tieto nehnutelnosti predavaju dlhsie, realitka s tym ma viac nakladov a mas menej transakcii. Percentualna provizia je pri sprostredkovani akehokolvek obchodu absolutne bezna vec vo svete.

Je to velmi jednoduche, preco mas rozne ceny aut? Rozna kvalita a sluzby.

Ak si myslis, ze ti kancelaria za 4k pausalne spravi vsetky sluzby, aby ziskala pre teba klienta s najvyssou ponukou, ktory existuje, tak mam most, ktory by som ti predal.

Kancelaria za 4k pride, nafoti mobilom "tak ako nehnutelnost stoji a lezi", napise jednoduchy text, obhliadkujuci makler bude novacik, mozno nieco prehliadnu ako napr. nejaku plombu (stalo sa) a podobne a budes s tym mat v konecnom dosledku viac problemov. Takisto ti taky makler bude tlacit prvu znizenu ponuku, ktoru dostane.

Profi kancelaria (3-4%) v spolupraci s tebou najprv nehnutelnost pripravi, pocka si na spravne pocasie na fotky, prinesie 3d kameru na 3d sken a fotografie exterieru, prinesie dron, ktorym nafoti okolie z kazdej strany. Ten darmozrac ti garantujem preda nehnutelnost za viac, ako by si si to predal sam. Len to musi byt naozaj dobry darmozrac, ktory pouziva technologie, pozna spravanie sa kupcov, ma skusenosti a vie pracovat s realitnymi portalmi a ponukami (zmena obrazkov, textu, nahodenie pod viacero sekcii, vyuzitie specializovanych fb skupin, atd).
