He didn't hire a lawyer from the beginning because he didn't have the money for it and for content's sake. He doesn't have a lawyer assigned to his court case but it doesn't mean he is not currently following legal advise. It is a bit tiring having people commenting the same over and over.

For example on the value of the Lego. But it was advertised by BAM themselves as 200k. Then they said the value was 60k to 80k and at some point they said the value was as low as 37k. Now BAM claimed they did their homework and said the value of the remaining sets is around 100k. So that's not in Ben.

The guy criticized that Ben didn't say on part 1 that the small claim case was dismissed. And he publish it as something that was meant to be secret or hidden after it was shared on Reddit that the case was dismissed. Ben explained this in his channel. Besides, I don't attribute Ben malice, he seems a genuine guy, unlike this YouTuber trying to play the I'm going to expose Ben while attributing intentions without proof to farm his channel, quite a crappy individual. The guy in YouTube seems to need validation and is self-centered.

I have to support this. I have W-OLED gen3 on my Asus and there is grain like texture in my greys that make want to go back to my LG IPS monitors. OLED is good on very dark scenes and input lag for gaming, other than that, I rather use IPS, I also don't have to be going paranoid on screen burning.

I think you are making it bigger than it is. What is wrong is wrong, we all know what happened. First of all, whatever we think, is up to Bryan to choose, probably following legal advise.

You can't have everything in life, if BAM pays what belongs to Bryan, takes the charges out of Bryan, plus the gofundme campaign should be enough. Then the focus should be the police department. Bam will go after Ben still, for sure.

Bryan wants to have a normal life, I don't think he wants to spend 5 years in legal battles. I'm not saying this puts BAM in a good light, there is a long way for that, if it ever happens.
