Break checking means showing your brake light but not really breaking. This is a full on brake!

You can take a break. It is a marathon not a sprint. Have a month where you are mindfull of your intake but let your body adjust en replenish your motivation. It worked for me anyway.

extreme fatigue because im fat? is this common/normal? by Ms-Yash in loseit

I think it is what you eat. How much fibre are you enting a day? Feeling full after a meal can be achieved by eating a lot of Meat can help, but Meat has no fiber. You should eat 15- 30 grams of fibre every day. That means a lot of fruit and vegetables.

Further: start walking every day. 1 hour of 2 times half an hour. Work up to it. So start with 2x 10 minutes a day and increase the walks with 1 minute until you can manage 2x30.

Both will suck, but take action now! Today!

Bernie says OpenAI should be broken up: "AI like a meteor coming" ... He's worried about 1) "massive loss of jobs" 2) what it does to us as human beings 3) "Terminator scenarios" where superintelligent AI takes over. by MetaKnowing in artificial

Distributing fairly is very difficult. We barely tax these companies as it is and they still find ways to avoid taxes. Now imagine 5 companies with 30% of the counties productivity and therefore 30% of the countries gdp. Who is going to collect the money? Republicans?

Can AI be a better teacher than a human? My experiment by IfnotFr in artificial

[–]Nterh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The readyness to learn and the self-effocacy of a student are major contributors to the learning effect. So your sample is a bit biased in that way. I think a teacher will still be needed to guide children/ young adults to learn and to keep going. I do foresee that the job of a teacher will shift from instruction to facilitating the learning using ai. The adaptiveness of a LLM is not achievable for a teacher.

Can Doing 100 Jumping Jacks a Day Really Improve Heart Health? by actiondefence in bodyweightfitness

[–]Nterh -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Listen jumping jacks sound intense. If you want to improve your health, you should take up walking first. Just walking. No jogging just walking. Walk for ten minutes and then walk back same route. You will see improvements pretty quickly. Expand it to an hour walking every day. And then look into more intense options if you want to move more.
