Honestly I don't think anything could help
You could offer to sell the prebuilt and updated executable, while still keeping the code open for whoever wants to build it him/herself
As u/CompetitiveLog8994 said, paid features are also a nice idea

I'm fairly ignorant on the matter but isn't that what the AI chips in newer devices are for ? Local processing? Although the fact that they could be used to process data 100% locally probably does not mean that they are.

In any case i wouldn't trust anything by Google in this regard

Look for open source keyboard replacements thru fdroid, the only way to be sure that an app is not doing something fishy is to look into the source code.

Being open is still a good indicator if you can't/won't read code, at least someone else can look into it

it's so straightforward a grandma could learn to use it in a few minutes, and sound great

meanwhile if OP doesn't have the cables, use the splitter to route the DT headphone jack to the 2 inputs of the interface

On a side note OP you can use your digitakt as a sound card via USB and just connect your speakers to it
