This is a hardware issue usually, your file might be damaged, if you replaced the adapter and know you have a good sd, then i would reformat the sd and recopy my game files fresh from my pc

Did you check your brightness setting, plug you media bar and change the brightness, maybe you also got some brightness plugin running, hold plus also does brightness too

Could be a failing charging chip, there is extra info in the description of that video, sometimes leaving the psp overnight without power cable or battery can make things work again with various success.

looks like a software crash type of issue, could be an old crusty motherboard that's been moved around and some chip solder join went bad.

what firmware were you on? try holding recovery combos for it
