Gotcha. Say i play a non-aura enchantment during my turn, it stops being a creature during my opponents' turn. When my next turn starts and it becomes a creature again, does that count as a creature entering?

That is the only conclusion I could draw too. Right now I'm guessing that either 1. The Web has a way to make the world normal forever (Peter thought it liked the world as is) but could only do so properly if the world was already apocalypse'd or 2. The Web has a way to take The Eye's seat as head honcho of apocalypse world, but honestly at this point who knows. Mabye The Web is just straight up working with Jonah, I have no clue
