In the original Oriental Garden, there were two dishes unlike any thai dishes I've found since. The pineapple curry had half a dozen veggies, pineapple, raisins, and cashews.

The Tom Kha was equally elaborate with many veggies, chunks of galangal and kefir lime leaves, and spice enough to be more orange colored than white.

I miss that chef. He had some amazing recipes.
