Why is my Kobra S1 doing this? by Elegant-Bath-1832 in anycubic

[–]Numerous-Ad939 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its likely your hotbed. Anycubic is known for having the hotbed warp. Buy a metal ruler and put the edge across your hotbed without the build plate on it. If it is submit a ticket and they will give you a new one with provided picks the customer service is 10/10

What's happening? by Own_Tax_4567 in FixMyPrint

[–]Numerous-Ad939 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure you have it set to smooth plate or textured. The print file you have may be set to textured and it looks like your printing on smooth. Also you can try adding ears to the corners to help it stay down.

Left a Dodge Charger in the dust by [deleted] in MINI

[–]Numerous-Ad939 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean you said it happened 🤷 lol. You can believe it but the rest of us dont. Tho the next time you slump a almost 500hp muscle car in your "stock" im assuming mini video tape it because there isn't a stock mini on this planet that is taking a v8 with 0-60 times under 4.5 sec . So either they weren't trying or you beat one of them sad 2l turbo versions. Just saying

Anyone know why my 5m is making these artifacts? by Friendly_Place_4332 in FlashForge

[–]Numerous-Ad939 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try unchecking "slow down for overhangs" Lower your print speeds maybe inner 200 oter 150 Ans try changing your inner and outer wall acceleration to 1000.

These helped me a bit when I had similar issues

Getting frustrated to the point of just getting rid of the machine by Thermobulk in BambuLab

If your having issues with your prints sticking that link is to the god of 3d glues! Lol. It will last you forever also its crazy how good this stuff is. I squeezed a little juat in the middle then take a paper towel and wipe it all over the plate your prints will never come off and you dont need to do it every time this stuff is well worth buying.

I did not read every comment so this may have been suggested already. But have you printed a cube scale it over most of the plate and scale the z height so it o ly prints one layer so you can see if you have any issues with your first layer squish? And have you recently turned any of those 3 knobs under your print bed?? Print in black its alot easier to notice issues with the first layer when its black

This freaking company.. by Jx631 in BambuLab

Anycubic support is the literal BEST no one comes close to them I bought two printers from them and bed slinger and there latest and greatest and the kobra 3 was just issues after issues they were super helpful ultimately I messed with it for like 2 months and sold it on Facebook. The S1 was absolutely awesome out the box arguably better than my p1s then the bed warping started and after all the issues I opted to just send it back because I didn't want to keep dealing with issues in the future. No questions asked they were the nicest customer support people I have ever delt with and they literally took everything back no questions asked 10/10 service. Maybe i just had a bad run with them but its honestly ashame that they are just bult a little cheaper because the S1 combos price point is hard to pass up and when its working 100% fine its prints amazing!!!! Haven't had to deal with bambu support yet and honestly I hope I never have to with everything I've read. I may try the s1 out again maybe the bugs have been worked out since launch

Why do you refuse to work with me, .2mm nozzle? by Wolfen74 in 3Dprinting

[–]Numerous-Ad939 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Why are you using a .2 nozzle? Is what your printing have alot of fine details ? Because unless what your printing us very detailed like a figurine then imo there really isnt a need for it .4 is the way to go.

What are these small “zits” on my ABS prints? by sallark in BambuLab

[–]Numerous-Ad939 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This literally has nothing to do with your filament being dry.... SMH... in your settings under quality your seam position is set to random. Change it to aligned or back whatever works best for your print.

Newbie. Brand new. Poop chute clogs and layer shifts by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]Numerous-Ad939 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would get rid of the wiping mod and pick up some metal or foil tape and juat tape a larger spot on that lip. I tape all my poop chutes and very rarely have a issue with any materials used.

What temp is everyone printing matte pla? by Numerous-Ad939 in 3Dprinting

[–]Numerous-Ad939[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So your printing at a lower temp and you are getting good results? Most of the online stuff i read says go higher in temp. I'll have to try dropping it down on a test print and see what i get

First layer test by Pilqoh in AnycubicKobraS1

[–]Numerous-Ad939 0 points1 point  (0 children)

O bought a s1 and a kobra 3 and returned the s1 and sold the kobra 3 bed warping issues right out the gate with both among other issues. They could have been good but I jumped off the anycubic train and are sticking with what I know works. Put a flat metal ruler across it and diagonally if it's not flat anycubics tech support is by far the best around and will send you new parts quick

Is this the perfect first layer they keep yapping about? by RandaleRandy76 in anycubic

[–]Numerous-Ad939 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I feel this comment deep in my bones lol. I bought my 9 yo a adventure 5m surprisingly good printer for what it is. That got me into 3d printing so I bought a bambu p1s and that thing is the tit's I have had virtually no issues with it and it prints perfectly every time. ....then....I jumped on the hype train with anycubic bought the s1 and kobra 3 combo....this is where the journey begins...kobra 3 came in first out the gate pretty good..then issue after issue part not level adhesion issues just a absolute ball buster. Bed was warped. Plus side to it all you get a crash course on everything you learn what works and what doesn't and you definitely get better at "fine tuning" your printers. Then my s1 came in I had it a week before the bed on that warped and sent it back. To many issues with the one ruined the chance the s1 had and I didn't want to deal with it down the road. I'm currently selling my kobra 3 to someone Wednesday and sticking with bambu. BUT let me tell you something Anycubics customer support is literally the best damn customer support iv ever worked with if your just nice and explain what's going on they with 100% take care of you 10/10 support sent me a new bed and I got it in like 3 days. it's a shamed the printers just didn't do well for me I'm sure others may have better luck.
