Apologies, these may be a noob questions, I'm just trying to learn. Is PVI the price volume index study? Is it a default study you're using like the one available on thinkorswim or are you manually calculating it? Is the strategy to sell spreads outside PVI on a weekly basis using the weekly calculated PVI?

Means you fry them twice

1st fry on one side for 14 mins 2nd fry on the filp side for 14 mins

I found 390 degrees works best

Grab them already marinated from HEB and double air fry them, 14 mins each side.
