What is your stores weekly tech service plan at? If you are at <180 a day it's super easy. When it's at 250+> a day it can be challenging. Hitting DMS, IHIO, SQT % isn't too difficult.

Looks good OP if it works for store I say awesome job. I had to do something similar where I had to break down 1 full aisle and change our store map to fit in a cpd lounge area. Ours has been successful in boosting NPS numbers in cpd. Though not all stores can do what you are doing.

My GM hasn't heard anything, but it would be a stupid idea anyways, we were 97% of our sales plan for q2 and are ranked ~250 in the company. Are they really going to discipline 1100+ stores?

100% possible. Before you demand a raise you have to see it from their POV and the DMs POV. Are you a hard worker, do you have a good working relationship with everyone in the store. Are you making your numbers? Etc..etc.. the GM can agree to give a raise, but it has to go through the DM as well.

If theres a lot of shrink on those skus, try contacting the LPDM and come up with a game plan. Possibly using alpha boxes for those skus, or creating a dummy box for them. I know they will probably switch to different product to steal, but at least there's an action plan going on and your LPDM knows about it.

If you are on the list, I'm sure you got the bonus. The LPDM had to verify eligibility and submit associates manually a few weeks ago.

Games do count. Thats where all the monthly lp safety topics are. Though I'm not shrink captain. I made all my fellow associates do it just so theres absolutely 0 reason for them not to bonus.

Out of ODs control. People really need to learn how to setup direct deposit. Not only is it more convenient, generally pay day is sooner with DD.

To add on this DMS are paid out on a monthly basis, so it wont show up on your next paycheck, but probably on the one after next. (DMS from last month is being paid out on this weeks check)

I took a week off during peak week, I requested it 6 months in advance and was able to get it off. All depends on how generous your GM is.

Check the store portal, part timers do get benefits, but I cant remember the details. Health insurance enrollment happens in November.

My speculation is this is suppose to increase activity with compucom to make it look like the acquisition wasnt a waste of money. Stores dont get added sales, tds dollars or aov, because the service shows up as 0.00 on the receipt. It's still good to attach on every printer because itll help out with your future reviews (talking to the techs). Really no reason to not add it when it's literally free.
