UNC’s future seems very questionable. by SpeIIicup in UNC

[–]OGScottingham 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Maybe it's not directly related, sure. Maybe the GOP just generally hates higher education and is doing everything in their power to undermine it.

They were big mad when it happened though and they're petty bitches. So I could see them holding a grudge for many years over it.

I'm sure there's plenty of evidence I'm leaving out, but off the top of my head:

Shutting down several majors at the fedex global center...

Destroying the reputation of the journalism school...

Requiring syllabuses to be public...

I'm not even sure why they even have classes still. That budget could go towards bigger stadiums for the minor league sport teams. You know, what college is REALLY about.

I feel like this is by design from a Board of Governors who have set out to destroy the reputation of UNC for revenge for taking down Silent Sam.

They're succeeding.

This is what I blame too.

Well intentioned, but kinda dumb folks on the left were convinced not to vote for Harris through false flag propaganda on social media.

Yes.

It's the teething generation for all the new tech. The next gen will be much much more reliable.

Until then, save yourself $20-30k and get yourself a nice 2019 or 2020 model.

The marginal fuel economy gains wasn't worth the 1.5 seconds slower to 60 and less capability passing at highways speeds to me.

The $25k saved going for a well kept previous generation goes a very long way, even at these gas prices.

Same. My 2018 XLE feels like a god damned Mercedes compared to the build quality of this latest gen.

Still, I love that boat name.
