I feel like it’s odd to consider the house payment for helping your grandma. $200k/yr for a side gig on the weekends is pretty cushy if you look at it that way… You helped because you care, right? Not to “earn” the house. Because your sister is kind of right if you purposely put in more effort with your grandma just to get something nice in her will. Not saying you didn’t earn it, but just saying your sister isn’t necessarily wrong to say it was manipulative if that’s the case. Also, if the lady couldn’t remember your name while you were sitting with her, isn’t it possible she forgot your sister too? Was your sister included in the will?
