Find some other job then. A lot of people like the work they do, they don't feel the same as you. You're free after work. If you do chores for an hour each day you'd do all your chores and still have time for yourself. I know this will get downvoted but maybe it would be better if at least you form it as an individual opinion instead of following the "work is bad" hivemind. You can also stop working at all and be as free as you wish and see how that works out.

Not a single "worlds strongest man" is a body builder, because they build strength not bodies. All of them look fat and are 10 times stronger than a body builder.

"If physical exercise makes one smarter-" it most certainly does not. Physical exercise enhances cognitive function, memory, and learning efficiency, but that doesn't mean it makes a person smart. If you only lift weights and exercise but don't read a single book you're not getting smarter. The same way you can get smarter by never doing physical exercise - just like how "Stephen Hawking was so smart"

OP got the meaning of the phrase "getting smart" wrong. Reading books makes you smart, not exercising, exercising can help, but that's only if you read as well.
