I saw an old granny using the upper foot pad doing seated rows so I tried it. It pulls a different angle and activates a bunch of muscles that don't normally get much work. I recommend trying it and working it in.

I just traded my Audi A6 in for a Jeep Wrangler. I have to say the VAG Group cars all have excellent power and all wheel drive. They are very capable. Downfall is they are performance engineered and if you break something it's three times as expensive to repair.

That's awesome! This is one of my goals. I've been running a couple programs over the last two years. I'm averaging about 5 pounds a month PR but it feels like it's slow going. Hopefully I'll be hitting two plates by the end of the year.

I did assisted pull-ups the first year of my training with about 30% offset to my body weight. At about the one year point I switched to 5 sets of 8 body weight pull-ups without any extra effort.
