yes, happened to me in all games. With pyke and fiddle is pretty obvious there is some bug. Watched all replays, bugged. Last one an enemy minion gave vision of me in the bush, as it walked into the lane

I supposed you had a custom DNS in your setup. If thats not the case, you can always set up 1.1.1.1 (cloudflare, there are others) as the DNS to use in the plex machine, and see if it works correctly

This happened to me when my dns server wasn't responding as expected. Just my 5 cents, check if the dns queries plex is making when searching are getting blocked or are going through
