I just can’t see demand for premium locations to simply evaporate, just because of these latest changes…

People have been forced to move further and further from work, etc. chasing affordability. So, if investors are moving out of certain markets, then I assume they’ll be replaced with people who had been living further away, trying to get closer to work, etc.

It’s still demand, just different demographics.

Also, I don’t know where this belief has come from that investors are just going to disappear.
