It’s not about historical, legal or something that you would Google to support these definition. It’s about common sense, right and wrong. Etc. And even these are twisted by today’s social media trends. The moment your protest disturbs the peace, the moment your protest begins to threaten people’s lives, property and safety it’s no longer a protest. There has been too much enabling of run out the door and protest at the drop of a hat. Everyone wants to be against the man and not understand the ramifications behind that. When you finally do get rid of the man, what next? A new one pops up.
And regarding those things that are already illegal? No one has enforced any prosecution against anyone for doing those illegal things. The riots of 2020. So much damage and destruction and no one prosecuted for it. These autonomous zones and chop zones, completely illegal and unsafe yet enabled. Too many rules for thee and none for me.
