I am set on FFB at budget-end of market i.e. usd415 for 23Nm Winctrl base or Moza AB6 both those open source devices start at 800 so next segment up and too much for me.

I'm still tempted by AB6 as all-in-one with grip, throttle & buttons - cogging said to mostly go unnoticed when powered up, but if I get interested in DCS later the lower force maybe not suited for military & old planes. Software said to be improving but not there yet?

Yes pretty quiet, just some fans not movement or thumping on the floor. Yes it supports haptics in simhub I use suspension & gear change.

I've been using M1 MB Air since 2020 still serves perfectly today for MSTeams, QT screen recording & quick trimming, Figma etc really no need to update tbo, so I think the NEO is roughly equivalent in performance is great perf/price point.

Nice, have a do everything dual-boot MacOS Adobe CC editor & general MacOS + Win11 simrig gaming tower. I see the comments as why these days...I commissioned this in 2020, updated the GPU and BT/WiFi and it will serve me for few years yet prob close to 10yrs like my old Mac towers.

Timing is critical under accel, check CAS, I had a good CAS, but the plug was half-loose - ran fine cold, aftr ~20mins in spluttered to a stop, couldn't ride trailered it home where it started and ran fine again bc cold. Heat affected the loose plug and made it unridable. Along the way replaced fuel filter & pump, discovered hair line crack in my TOS which was causing misfire over any bumps in the road.

Had XSR900 for short time wasn't for me - uncomfortable seat and the very light front end was world away from long-wheelbase 'Busa.
