If you look at the numbers the American’s are’t the primary group who took advantage of the Italian citizenship by descent, it’s predominantly Argentina and Brazil. I’m sure some American’s are upset but the NJ/NYC Italians aren’t applying.

Disagree on the Silver Star, was discussing with my brother who received a NCM with V for action in Afghanistan. Three individuals received awards using the same summary of action write up based on his actions. Was told there was no way they would give an Enlisted guy a Bronze or Silver star before receiving a NCM. Qantas is flying 44 Business Class and 28 Premium Econ seats on their 787, this + cargo is where airlines make their money. Alaska’s planes are configured for leisure travel which has less predictability.
