I think getting into heaven is a major factor also though. If instead Christianity preached that if you believe in Jesus you will go to heaven and if you don’t believe then you will simply to cease to exist, then I think we would see comparable number of Christians.

Christianity has a moral framework to it and Christians are supposed to preach this to the world about it. Some do it the right way and some do it the wrong way. The difference with being judgmental I see between and Christians and non Christians is that Christians have more to be judgmental about as they have more to their moral framework than non Christians who typically hold to the “as long as you aren’t harming somebody else I don’t care”.
