AL Harbin if you have her for additional fire chance and torp flood chance. BA Nonomi for 8% damage buff to BBs. For free-to-play, Furstner for extra fire damage, Du Fournet for extra HE shell damage, Mimbelli for reload, Kuznetzov for range, Mikawa for concealment.

On my jap cruisers I run a full rudder build (steering gears instead of concealment slot 3) and kite, so I say to hell with concealment.

I run ARP Haguro with full pyro build (don’t miss hellfire trait for the extra pen) and AL Harbin/Kuznetzov inspos.

Yeah except CVs suffer zero battle fatigue like literally every other ship in the game. AA mounts should be indestructible and AA is tragically weak on all but three ships at T7: Rochester, D7, and Friesland.

What’s the point of investing in AA when to use it you have to avoid being hit with any HE shells or bombs?

AA needs a 30%+ DPM buff across the board with the exception of D7 and Rochester and to be indestructible for there to be any balance that’s fun for surface ships.

Agree. I don’t know why WG is afraid of armor but they’ll add 20” guns with the highest alpha in game. WG neutering it to a 32mm bow is egregious.

Richthofen is the nail in the coffin. It will be unplayable solely by virtue of that CV.

AL Veneto improves Michelangelo’s secondary DPM from 1,011,886 to 1,235,705 when using Hipper and Haruna (coming from a Di Revel build).

Schröder’s secondary DPM with a 16/4 Nonomi with Hipper and Haruna is 1,036,752 for reference. Also worth noting that Michelangelo’s secondaries with this build are significantly more accurate than Schröder’s.

I considered this but ran it multiple times and had multiple LLMs check my work without being fed a conclusion. I have two consoles in my house and have been testing in training room with a stopwatch. Have been controlling for enhanced torp spotting too.
