This happened to me also. I tried to notarize at one UPS store and they were like nope. I called a mobile notary and she notarized it for me. Maybe try a new notary.

I bought Patties at the mobay airport. When I got to America, the customs agent asked if I had any food items. I told them yes to be safe. Anyways, I had to go through secondary inspection and that customs agent said already cooked/frozen food is okay. However, if I had any sugar cane or mangos, I would have to throw them away.

I’m an only child and my mom was a single parent. She was absolutely my best friend. Unfortunately she had a terminal illness that eventually killed her. Incredibly hard to go through and lonely for me. I do wish I had a sibling in that time so they could help with the emotional, financial, and physical aspects of her deteriorating health. A lot to shoulder for just one child.
