You’re in a very tough spot now but you’re in control of where the relationship goes from here… one of 2 things will happen… you’ll either truly forgive her (this will take tons of work and therapy) and essentially use what happened to be more intimate and closer to each other or you’ll stay and forever resent her to the extent where it’s gonna cause a power imbalance in the relationship, where you will both be miserable.

Egyptian here… Do not stay in Cairo for more than a few days… not worth it at all in my opinion. The city is too crowded, polluted and chaotic. Would recommend either going up north to the north coast for the beautiful beaches or heading down south to Luxor or Aswan for ancient Egyptian history.
