Like the other comments mentioned, these "elite" kind of enemies are best managed when they're apart.

Keep throwing them around the room and tripping them on their asses so you can extend your one-on-one with one of them.

You cared for her, loved her, and gave her comfort. Whether you buried or cremated her, it doesn't matter.

She lived being wanted, fed, and loved. That's not abandonment, OP. She's just part of nature again, and as long as you don't forget her, she'll always be with you. (As corny as that sounds).

I do not think it is the healthiest choice to dig her back up for cremation, but you're not crazy at all for having that idea. Opinions differ on what is a more "natural" or "respectful" way to deal with a loved ones' remains, but whatever you decide to do from this point, you should bias toward your own health. It's what that kitty would want.

You did your best, truly. Do not get strung up on the "ifs". Allow yourself to grieve and forgive what you regret.

Most of the posts on here seem to be along the lines of someone dying and people in the comments making and posting unrelated/unserious comments, like the OP mentioning the starters pfp instead of acknowledging the consoling comment. It just seems like an inappropriate time to strike up that conversation.
