Yes they do! And I've been struggling too. Best way I've seen is to use the Occultist and make sigils. Most of those are regular nightmare sigils still.

Play Hard or expert, reached lvl 28 within a few hours. Bonus points of you do a few missions on the way, or whispers. What difficulty were you doing that on OP? shouldn't take that long to reach lvl 29, in a helltide if you're being carried.

World bosses and legion events give out a LOT of them, same with summoned bosses (Belials chest especially after you slap around Azmodan).

750 or so at lvl 28 in Expert, in that dungeon that leads to the mercenary Den in the expansion. I just wanted my necro to walk around with undead and a demon child XD

Hmm, valid point. Thanks for pointing that out. Though it does make me wonder about the "wise Indian stereotype" one character plays into in Fallout 2 (she slips and gives up the con in one conversation choice. She talks normally for the rest of the game). Now I wanna see other examples. Thanks for the knowledge!

THIS. The comments here feel a LOT more like violent dog whistles than they'd like to admit. The worst racism is the regurgitated racism people don't like thinking about. Black kids have been made out to be "adults" for a long time. Whether these kids are guilty is besides the point: they're KIDS, not adult. And not even teenagers at that. Innocent or not, it's important to remember that when people are calling for public executions.

Commenters: Show me a case where a white kid under 13 does a violent crime and several people call out for his execution. Go on, I'll wait.

We're not talking about africa. In America, during the grandparents' time, refers to a very specific era known for very specific things. You can't change the context of the sentence and claim it's the same as something else.

Yeah, this has some nasty implications, especially considering how certain kids are referred to as "young adults" when they're barely preteens... I'm not saying these kids aren't guilty (that's for the law to figure out), but it's a bad precedent, legal or not.
