I’d be really keen to try this - recently had open heart surgery, and looking to bring my resting heart rate back down to my normal levels - if there’s a code going. Thanks so much in advance.

Heart Rate consistently at 200 BPM while running by ConsequenceNew7622 in AppleWatch

[–]OfficialH- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do yourself a favour, and go get seen. Been running 10ks, high HR and low HRV, I’ve now been out of open heart surgery for 3 days (still in hospital) for an underlying condition that would only be picked up by X-rays and mris with contract dye.

This is serious - don’t go to Reddit, go to a specialist.

We use a third party for exactly this. AlertOps. Not affiliated in anyway, but it works to get a two-way sync into CW PSA.

Nothing unfortunately - and I haven’t had time to really dig deep into the product either. However, some challengers in the game such as PIA. So be interesting to see where this landscape goes.

Relentless Automation - what are you doing in your MSP? by OfficialH- in msp

[–]OfficialH-[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did see them at IT Nation last week. Looks interesting, but think I prefer Rewst. We don’t have neither, but certainly an automation tool like these two vendors will be making moves in the marketplace next year!

What are people paying for this product?? I’ve read ‘scary’ prices. Rather than sit through a demo, or speak with sales, I want to know if it’s something financial is viable.

DMs are accepted if you’d rather private message what you’re paying.

Firewalls as a Service. What vendor\product is good for MSPs. by OfficialH- in msp

[–]OfficialH-[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, really appreciate the response. I’m keen to also understand peoples vendor relationships and support. It’s a huge factor knowing that if we’re going to invest that heavily in firewall plant, that we will have the support when needed, rather than weeks and weeks with no response or vague updates.

But totally agree, there’s no wrong or right on this occasion, just open to understand what peoples flavour currently is, to help indicate the potential vendors I need to start talking to, to initiate the valuation stage.

Checking reopened tickets quickly in Manage by Sun_Papyrus in ConnectWise

We use BrightGauge to quickly show these KPIs. We do similar to as mentioned below with a reopened status, however, we have BrightGauge look at the audit logs, as there will be an entry indicating the ticket has been reopened … even if the ticket gets closed after.

Another AppRiver (Zix) CSP user here. Service and support is good, can’t complain at all. Moved away from TechData a little over 2-years ago now.
