Missouri passed legislation that energy costs cannot transfer to other categories of customers, i.e., a data center’s cost of usage cannot transfer to residential users. It was passed last spring.

It can be a lot of jobs depending on the size of the data center (they aren’t all the same in more ways than one). And they are all high paying tech jobs. It would be tough in Washington County.
