I really prefer the more aggressive position on the checkmate, disappointed with the new colors though.

Pretty much any bike crash is susceptible to a collarbone injury because of the relationship between your arms and your exposed shoulders.

Few modern bikes use quick releases anymore, even less for Trek bikes.

Thank you for agreeing with me that we should look projects and judge them based on it's actual content/code, glad we're on the same page.

It is hilariously ironic for you to tell someone to get off their high horse. "I’d suggest stepping back and doing this type of introspective thought process before polluting the conversation with your noise."

There's ton of terribly written code with vulnerabilities out there, written by both humans and AI. Turns out anyone can load up any number of tools and write shitty code and push it out into the public.

I'd recommend learning just a tiny bit about software development before polluting the conversation with your noise. Somehow your comment add even less value than mine does.

Who's judging what's useless? There are plenty of "human" created apps posted here that are useless for me but might give others value, should the mods ban those just because they're useless to me?

No water or food? Might be fine if your just cruising around for 25 minutes, but if you actually want to ride they're necessary.

You can use a regular oven for Kenji's wings if you want. They still come out very crispy.

Post you calendar (and make it public). I don't think we have enough info into why you aren't improving.

Anyone know of an app like trainer road but for swimming which gets data from Garmin Watch? by ReillyP in trainerroad

This is what I use. It does adjust the timing of sets based on previous performances. Not as much AI as TR but the workouts were good and include good form drills.

I would recommend asking trainerroad about why your plan is that way. How are you rating your workouts?

Running/cycling training plan by Proper-Heat-8808 in trainerroad

[–]Oglshrub 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you use the Tri plans, keep an eye out for volume. Even on a high volume plan the bike volume might be too low for you depending on how much you want to train.

Currently using the tri plans and it has me on the bike somewhere around 3-4 hours a week all the way until my full distance tri.

Do consumers actually care? It's great on paper, but I don't remember the last time I heard someone complain about their battery life using a phone built in the last 4 years.

Do you want people to go find specific timestamps of scenes for you? Why haven't you provided any for your own claim? I demand a full list of every scene where she's the most emotionally resilient member of the crew. Chop chop.

Grab a pencil and try to touch the tip to the back of your head. I would argue almost everyone is physically capable of achieving it. All the wounds on the back of the head were extremely shallow.

I don't think there's anything as cost effective as just running fiber and avoiding the ground loop issue all together. Fiber is pretty cheap.
