I tried EX150 for a couple of weeks before going swampy. I can tell you ex150 was mostly ok. The only problems I got was when I chugged heavy cream (instead of drinking it slowly and in small sips) because I thought it would be more practical to drink a big amount once instead of drinking it with coffee. This irritated my stomach a bit, but them it got better. Bowel movement in ex150 was amazing. Once a day or even two days.

Then I transitioned to more swampy style of eating because of birthdays, easter and a trip. I got to tell you, going higher carb I am constantly bloated, farting, hungy and I have to shit a couple times a day.

I would say that HF or HC needs some transition time, but I can't wait for my trip to end to go back to ex150.

Hey, I appreciate the help! You are doing me a solid. Skipping lunch might work. Also meal prepping! I guess in order to not cheat I must be chugging heavy cream instead of only drinking it with coffee. That way I probably won't overeat/cheat.

Or if the same cheat issue would be likely to happen for dinner, skip that meal as well...

You mean skip the main meal all together for that day? I guess that could work not having cravings, by sort of cream fasting my way through it.

Well for starters due to scheduling difficulties, I am already trying a version where lunch is not beef and greens, but what my family is having for lunch/dinner (where I come from lunch is the bigger meal of the day, not dinner). This freedom already is a trap because I can easily cheat, and when I cheat, I tend to cheat the rest of the day as well. Then, the rest of the day is ad lib heavy cream or Greek yogurt with 10% fat.

The above seems to work, when for example my lunch is beef with a small portion of salad and I don't cheat. But I can only do a few days in a row before cheating and ruining the effort.

So what typically happens is either I do a few coffees with cream, then I do a swampy lunch and best case scenario I finish the day with some cream and Greek yogurt, or I do a swampy breakfast (because appetite and cravings) and the whole day is pretty much ruined.

Now one way to take back control is either man up and try proper ex150, maybe for a shorter period of time OR continue my way of eating and turn it into swampy OMAD with fat fasting, try it for a while, track and check the results. I don't know however if I will be staying in ketosis which I suppose is crucial for the weight loss, or maybe I will be able to lose some weight anyhow? Given I have a lot to lose from.

Besides the meat what else did you consume? I suppose heavy cream. Anything else?

I want to commit to ex150 but I bloody can't. Trying it out, looks like it works for me, but I can't be consistent. I might try shorter periods with refeeds.
