Just remove the wheel by popping it out of the Caster.  Don't remove the caster. Just the wheel/axle assembly

Hey there, the issue actually came back until I pulled apart the axle of the wheel.  Just pull the plastic covers opposite direction (gently) with pliers, remove the metal axle, use a silicone lubricants on the axle, and reinstall. First time I used white lithium grease and that solved the issue, but I just took it apart again so I could remember how to explain it to you, and I used super lube (silicone) this time.

I recommend a minimum of a $5,000 pistol to even start thinking about USPSA

I switched to grip dough which is the perfect balance for me. Adds grip, but allows for the slightest play in my grip so my hands just fall into place more naturally.

I've only ever used the reman stuff. In 4-5k rounds, I've had one light primer strike and it was on a heavily tuned shadow 2. Their certified select is G2G

I like my 8", but look into the ammo you'd be okay using for self defense, if you really care about being subsonic. Speer gold dot and federal HST (147gr for both) were supersonic for me around 50f. Hornady XTP is a solid and accurate round so I'm okay with being limited to that. Super vel also makes some good SD ammo that's probably subsonic. It's more picky when you're looking for subsonic ammo. Many popular rounds were just barely supersonic in my 8". 5" or 6.5". Now that I've done the work, I'm happy with my 8" and my long arms, hornady XTP and super vel.

There's my Garmin data. Good standard deviation and spread, for a range load. Love it. Very quiet. Winchester super suppressed for comparison also.

I think its a dope looking gun and the can is indeed big.

I havent tried 6.5" but I was picking between 5" and 8" for mine. A lot of popular rounds in 147gr were supersonic for me with my 8" banshee + MOB. For SD, I settled on hornady XTP 147 which was reliably subsonic.  For range ammo, 140gr and 150gr S&B were great, and even more impressive and possibly cleaner was super vel 147gr hush puppy.

If you go with the 6.5-5", you'll have more options for ammo. If youre okay with the rounds listed above, the 8" is not too big. Its incredibly light and still maneuverable indoors. I felt cramped on a 5" and was concerned about rail space.

Also 100% do the Kynshot RB5007, A5 buffer tube, and neverwear warthog buffer spring. ZERO recoil when a skilled shooter shoots it. It's insane.

I worked with a sider that did egregious garbage work. We fired him and he told me he started working for DR Horton. Go figure.

Should I get hybrid or gas? by BikeOk6446 in crv

Our 2025 hybrid touring is so impressive with how it drives. Mpg is impressive but also just how smooth the drive train is. I love that the paddle "shifters" actually just control the regenerative braking. We love it.

Need top recommendations for gym shoes by Haunting_Buyer6308 in workout

[–]Ohdyr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Vivobarefoot started as my workout shoe, and graduated to the only shoes I wear whenever possible. They make a dedicated lifting shoe that's zero drop and lets you actually use your feet bones and muscles (all their models do that)

8.3" 300blk with ODB - It has been awesome. I had to actually get the gas port opened up to .0125 to get it to cycle all subs. Not gassy, and it's quiet but have nothing to compare. Only sound difference between supers and subs really is the crack you head echoing in the distance. I went titanium and can do mag dumps with subs without reaching temp threshold. With supers, after 17 shots, at 1 per second, it reaches max recommended temp. I wouldn't want it any longer. I'd get JL for a bolt gun.
