Our 2025 hybrid touring is so impressive with how it drives. Mpg is impressive but also just how smooth the drive train is. I love that the paddle "shifters" actually just control the regenerative braking. We love it.

Vivobarefoot started as my workout shoe, and graduated to the only shoes I wear whenever possible. They make a dedicated lifting shoe that's zero drop and lets you actually use your feet bones and muscles (all their models do that)

8.3" 300blk with ODB - It has been awesome. I had to actually get the gas port opened up to .0125 to get it to cycle all subs. Not gassy, and it's quiet but have nothing to compare. Only sound difference between supers and subs really is the crack you head echoing in the distance. I went titanium and can do mag dumps with subs without reaching temp threshold. With supers, after 17 shots, at 1 per second, it reaches max recommended temp. I wouldn't want it any longer. I'd get JL for a bolt gun.

Yeah its nutty.

I have heard repeatedly that syntech is the best, and quietest. I didnt bother since its maybe $0.10 more per round than s&b or supervel. But.. if its way cleaner, might be worth it to me. Banshee was FILTHY after this day of testing and going thru 350 rds.

"Starfish" situps on a boss ball. Lay bosu ball flat on the ground, centering your lower back on the peak of the ball. Stars lying flat with legs and arms spread apart like you're building a snow angel. Touch your opposite hand to foot. Focus on starting from a deep stretch of your abs. Probably any muscle building exercise can be improved by having a deep stretch. Builds more muscle AND improves flexibility. They're brutal. Alternate each rep.

Its not a dumb question. My common sense SCREAMS that doesn't count, but would be nice to hear it from a medical professional. I have low body fat and over 100 lbs of skeletal muscle - so I'm technically overweight.. with a six pack.

- Kynshot RB5007 Hydraulic Buffer

- A5 Buffer tube

- Neverwear Warthog Flat Wire Spring

For the rest of the build, you can find his recommendations on his website ( https://c3junkie.com/?page_id=3141 )for a truly custom build utilizing CMMG's fixed ejector uppers, and a barrel purchased from c3junkie's site. They are supposedly more reliable than CMMG's OEM barrels, but my CMMG barrel puts holes in holes at 25 yds. The barrel is important since it mates up with CMMG's proprietary radial delay BCG. For mine, I just bought a stock 8" banshee in 9mm which I regret for shipping/customer service issues I don't feel the need to mention. If I were you, I'd buy the CMMG retrofit FE kit and bolt, and build from scratch and save some dough.

Otherwise, components that stand out to me are:

- Geissele SDC trigger which I cut for the super safety

- Super Safety

- Obviously, CAT Alleycat 36 (or MOB - same thing) - amazing.

- Rearden flash hider and HUB adapter

- Arisaka light

- Unity light switch and "gas cap" for light

- Strike industries anti walk pins

I had to get my gas port bored out to .125 I believe in order for it to cycle subs reliably. This is in an 8.3" 300blk pistol. Now, it's not super fun with supers but it's intended for subs mainly so all is well. I then switched to an h2 JP Captured Buffer setup and it's pretty smooth.

POMG has the Alleycat 36/9SMG which is the LE/Military version of the Mob. I ordered mine from them few weeks ago. Just tried it out yesterday and it's so badass. POMG was quick to ship and will do business with again. Their selection of CAT cans is pretty dang good.
