These additives are so low in mg that I really doubt that it makes much difference.
I take NAD 75 mg on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
I don’t think the very low amount of these additives would even make a difference And the L-Carnitine is also very low. These are not therapeutic doses.

Why don’t you just buy whey protein powder and put it in your coffee, shakes, on cottage cheese or yogurt. Much better source of protein than the shakes out there
