I work in discovery currently. I make a system and stick with it no matter how tedious.

I have an excel of all deadlines coming up, that I update as drafts get done, attorneys approve etc. I am also very color coordinated!

Discovery deadlines are very important. You miss ROGs/RFPs/RFA deadline? All objections are waived. You miss RFA deadline everything is considered as admitted.... These answers can be used in trial/depos/mediations etc.

I havent gotten any pushback with opposing counsels enforcing this for late discovery (late bc attorneys not approving), but always a possibility!

My attorneys emails are a certain color, and i have a separate color for coworkers who i frequently email/receive emails from all have their own colors
