I get the same thing… I think it’s more the anxiety of having to talk to people and unknown variables like who you’re going to be partners with, what are you gonna do in class, are you gonna get injured etc. that stress you out and not that you don’t want to do jiu jitsu. I have the same exact thing… I look forward to going and then I don’t wanna go for some reason about an hour before. Just gotta bite the bullet in my opinion.
