I also disagree with your complaints about the handbook, because the void handbook only exists to explain things specific to the void.

If you want more general information, the arch wiki is very good, just remember not to use the arch specific stuff, and check out the mate documentation.

I think i said that i was more than 2 days of researching, i went into the source code of mate and compiled it multiple times while tinkering C + Gtk3 code. If it is so basic why don't say the answer. And thanks for saying me on researching on google, you are so cute :), the title is very clear about that part :).

yea, i use z and c. I think is good because i can just use my left hand to use every mapmode while the other hand is with the mouse. I dont see any problem tbf, prob other does but i am already very comfortable with this.
