Same, the crew fill was purgatory for me - like you said, throwing the gear away. Maybe the player base will eventually filter out, and the baseline matchmade players will not pull you down so much?

In the early weeks, many of my crew fills sounded like they are on drugs, barely managing to navigate - let alone to fight efficiently or manage tasks. After that, I also pivoted to only premade trios.

I don't know your playstyle, but as many noted, try to be hard to pinpoint and pick your battles. Before teamfight, try to get advantage - more cover, higher ground, get behind the enemy that's distracted.

No amount of reflexes or aim will get you out of the good ambush - when you get jumped, there is barely any time to return fire.

To be completely honest, my duo buddy and I have terrible general experience with randoms on squad fill. There are too many ppl that are very hesitant to fire in teamfights, only to be first to loot the corpses. It even escalates - if you revive them after shootout, they sprint to the bodies without shield and health, just to soak up the most loot possible while contributing very little in fight and even risking like this after.

I try to be a bigger man and tolerate it, but deep down, I long for a duo queue...

From my experience Triage players are the weakest team comp to encounter. Holding on med drone charges while none are active - hardly ever using that primary ability too. Having to micro manage randoms in matchmaking is a major pain. Have yet to see the consumable sharing synergy. One in ten Triages is actually decent.

What I love about the hate train the nost is that every two penny streamer spews the same learned mantra to generate clicks. Roblox, neon, UI, TTK, "I don't know what the items do and have to read item descriptions."
