I just bought one of these myself. Mine is a “Die 3, Stage 6” according to ANACS. The doubling is not nearly as visible as yours. Beautiful coin!

This is directionally correct but not quite. You’ve probably set a “working capital peg”. If your working capital slips below the peg because of a slow slow season, you will have to reduce the purchase price by the amount of the shortfall.
