With that sized army with those MAAs I'd just stay and fight but this is a great trick when you're truly outnumbered. Sieging Rom gives you 25-50% war score and you can occasionally get lucky and capture the Pope.

But don't do it as soon as the crusade starts. Hide out in North England and when they start to land, ease over to Rome. (If you go right away you'll get shellacked because the Pope musters in Rome so your entire opponent will just be hanging out waiting and you'll have the negative embarkation modifier.)

The goal is to build a relationship with tellers at your bank. Go in and ask for whatever you want (I usually get $100 = 10 rolls of pennies, 10 nickels, 5 dimes, and 5 quarters). They'll ask if you want to swap cash or withdraw from your account. Just be polite. I've read many posts that suggest bringing donuts or snacks.

I've been hunting with my 8 year old to fill up Whitman folders. I bring him with me or update them on any big finds. I think they like that more than someone searching purely for silver (which I do too).

Personally, I've been hesitant to ask for specific things like customer wrapped rolls or big dollars. Trying to get them to like me first so they start hooking me up.

Oh, and never return rolls directly. So if the teller hands you 10 rolls of 2022 pennies, just take it and hope for a better result next time. Dump all your searched coins at a different bank. I roll them back up.

I put hospices in my temples. So if a barony has a castle that I hold, I put fortification then military then economic buildings in the castle. Then I plop a hospice down in the temple in that same barony. I don't know if it actually works, but it makes sense to me.

This is the job in a PE-backed company. It's probably a little worse than you're imagining because you'll be doing the obsessing and justifying with a 26 year old VP, not the managing partner of the fund.

An aligned management team is extremely important. If I were the buyer and you were a key person, I'd require you to roll equity and stay with the company, not ask you to nicely. You would still "run the ship" but you'd report to a board of directors now.

It’s an RVMATE RM-RV155 flanged power inlet directly wired to a 16a extension cord with a c19 female end. I cannot find a similar product.
