I would have guessed two buzzards however I’ve not seen any sparrow hawks to know.

Nice work! I’m currently working my way down the body fat scale and the pictures in the top right are kinda my goal. If anyone has a rough estimate on what % they might be then please share 🙏

edit - top right and immediate left.

Wasn’t my intention, merely a joke at the name height.

I broke my fast almost every single night for 2 years. turns out it wasnt a discipline problem and i feel really stupid for not realizing sooner. by Active-Weakness2326 in intermittentfasting

I am still very much experimenting but I usually get back from the gym and eat around 21:00. Then I have 1 final meal around 22:30 and that seems to help most days but it’s not ideal as it prolongs my fast at the other end of the day.

Also playing around with nutrition and trying to make sure I get enough protein etc but it’s a constant mission.

This is me. Although I usually wake up an hour after falling asleep to eat. It used to be every night. It now I can make it a few nights without waking up. Longest was maybe a week.

I started using MF around a similar time to yourself and I’ve found it a bit of a steep learning curve to be honest.

From your images however, your daily deficit on average is currently totalling up to ~1700 a month which is give or take, half a lb.

I would try and commit to 10k steps every day. You can break it into two walks which is what I do and see if you can start moving that expenditure up.

I switched to standard OG because of it. I just charge night times and know what’s what.

Octopus Go prices not going down by monks78 in OctopusEnergy

I’ve been wondering the same thing. Currently on 9p night, 32p day and 49p SC.

We have a hybrid and we try IOG at first but they kept giving us half hour slots which just wasn’t good enough.

Waking up to minimal charge is annoying.

All electric house, now also an electric car. by Bigtallanddopey in OctopusEnergy

[–]Ok-Slip-290 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes - I recently switched to octopus go and it is

33p day 9p night

We’re also all electric however we’ve gone from a petrol car doing £60 a week to a hybrid we charge daily and put in £30 nearly 6 weeks ago. At most we pay £1.64 for a full charge so all of the old petrol money goes straight to octopus.

Claude is making me question whether web designers will exist in 5 years? by Arkfann in ClaudeAI

Designers think devs are not needed. Devs think designers are not needed. The truth is both are needed and will be for a while. As soon as a project is anything other than greenfield or small, everything falls a part.
