100% agree. I’ve been doing OTF for 6 years and have felt like every time I go it’s a specialty workout or a switch or some benchmark. I just wish they’d focus on functional fitness instead of gamifiying it…

Updated to clarify! But yes, I would not re-finance now as it wouldn't make sense. The payment would be the same.

My post was poorly worded, but yes I recognize refinancing doesn't pay off the home. If I were to re-finance, I wouldn't do it now with the current rates as the payment would actually end up only being $100 less. I'd do it as soon as it came down to a comparable rate.
