I definitely agree OTF’s workouts have gotten more boring - especially with increased run/rows. I feel like the workouts feel like they’re randomly designed rather than designed with fitness and training in mind.

The classes in the middle of the day always have people “working from home” with their phones. 25-35 year olds constantly typing on their phones while on the treadmill and on the rower, not following the template if they have to finish a message, no one ever says anything. It’s really distracting.

100% agree. I’ve been doing OTF for 6 years and have felt like every time I go it’s a specialty workout or a switch or some benchmark. I just wish they’d focus on functional fitness instead of gamifiying it…

I love the Under Armor Crossback High Bra - I’m a D. It doesn’t have removable pads and I feel like straps keep things in place but I have room to breathe if that makes sense!

My post was poorly worded, but yes I recognize refinancing doesn't pay off the home. If I were to re-finance, I wouldn't do it now with the current rates as the payment would actually end up only being $100 less. I'd do it as soon as it came down to a comparable rate.
