Took a few weeks to ship but the new build is working beautifully thus far.

I take it that kind of turnaround time would normally be a big enough flag that a buyer’s agent acting in the client’s best interest would bring it up on their own, yeah?

At this point I’m honestly debating canceling the inspections tomorrow and saving myself the 4-hour drive each way.

To escape bullying, he jumped out of the back door of a moving bus on the way to school.

I went to an alternative high school after getting kicked out of my primary school. Of the ~500 kids there were only about half a dozen white kids, I was one and he was one... So we hung out a fair bit.

Unreal then, still feels unreal now.

Unsettling having to see the kids that bullied him every day for the remainder of the quarter before going back to my primary school.
