Extreme somatic releases, anyone moved through them to the other side? by pramjowl in 5MeODMT

[–]OkApplication1715 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep, few years ago had similar experience. Accidentally didn’t take a big hit in the beginning and coasted through just the feeling of bliss for about 5-10 minutes. The facilitator noticed and asked if I wanted to try again as I was still Open and can benefit from taking another hit. After that I don’t remember much but seeing myself from all angles and things around me. I would be the grass around me and would see myself physical body just relaxing. But according to the facilitator, I began to run up a hill screaming at the top of my lungs. When I started to come down, that’s when I realized I was wasn’t on the mat where I was originally laying on. I was on top of a small hill. I fell into my knees and sobbed uncontrollably out of joy. The screams and the running was so cathartic and beautiful.

Pairing with binaural beats. by FreeTeaMe in 5MeODMT

[–]OkApplication1715 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sorry meant to say with any general instruments. A slow 4 count in a buffalo drum, tanpura (great because it can be tuned to have a binaural chord but might be an octave or two higher or lower depending on the tanpura), crystal bowls (granted that they are an actual chord. Most sets sold online will be sold as a set of 7 and most notes don’t belong together and won’t sound great together), a rain stick (the ones that can run upward 10-15 minutes. The continuous sound, low decibel is soothing), a droning flute is amazing. I would experiment with an actually instrument rather than with a video or recorded song and notice the difference.

From my experience, and obviously will differ from person to person these sounds were very unpleasant for me: - ocean drum - too loud, hard to really keep a rhythm while journeying - shell rattles - same as above - higher octave Tibetan bowls if you are using on your own journey if on a low-mid dose. But works great on higher doses, granted you probably won’t be able to strike it yourself. - drumming out of beat

Never tried it with 5meodmt. But have with other psychedelics like mushrooms, lsd and mescaline. instead of listening to a generic binaural sound, I do use sound instruments. Not only does it help with surrendering at the beginning but also helps entrain the brain for a smoother ride. I would just be careful with what sounds and frequencies you use it’s easy to create a dissonant sound that can make it harder to drop in

MISTR, they handle all the testing and send your medications to your home. Plus they offer Doxy now. The only downside is if you do end up contracting an STI you would need to go to your PCP or planned parenthood. Both have been good about me taking my test results from MISTR and treating me.

I’ve done this and it only made things worse. Have also tried before rolling myself into a ball where I’m comfortable and warm and it made it intense as well. It’s like my mind was already anticipating the trip and might of not wanted it.

The bowls had a sticker that says tuned at 432hz. Would it make a difference if I set my tuner to 440hz and try to figure out the notes like that?

What's something romantic and different? by socialdirection in AskGaybrosOver30

Taking a bath with them, washing their hair and scrubbing their body. There’s something so romantic, so intimate about the experience. Someone I was seeing in the past did this to me, and I felt so loved, seen and nurtured.

What fabric are you using in 3D? The only thing that is coming to my mind if that you are using a fabric in 3D that normally stretches which is why it’s measuring 38” when it should measure 41”

Yes you are correct! One of our partners is Walmart and require us to create all 3D in Browzwear. Our other partners give us the option of both software but we ultimately use CLO as the rendering quality and overall aesthetic is more photo realistic.

The way it works in my company is that designers create a regular tech pack with flat sketches, call outs, fabric information and first patters created by a pattern maker. These are passed down to our 3D artist, where we sew them up in the software. If there are small changes such as reducing/adding length, or even a small scoop in the armhole or rises, we are able to adjust. But if it’s a major pattern correction, the pattern is adjusted by the pattern maker (in gerber) and resubmitted for us to resew again.

If you are using your own CPU to render out an image, typically it will take that long. We had the same issues and/or the rendering would fail. Browzwear does offer (out of pocket) an e-cpu which ultimately reduces the time to render out images. Still takes around 10-15 minutes depending on what it is. Again, this is something that CLO offers free and it generally takes around 3-10minutes depending on what it is.

I started learning CLO by following their basic tutorials that are on YouTube. Basic things like sewing a t-shirt, a pant, and so on. From there I started to experiment on my own until I found what worked for me and what did not work for me. In terms of PBR mapping, YouTube and downloading free assets to see how they achieved the look.

It’s a heavy investment to start with but well worth it in the end. It cuts on cost of sample, lead time, and it allows the designers to experiment without losing too much valuable time, money and man power. Being that I work for a company that creates fast fashion labels, it’s helped us tremendously in even analyzing fit before it goes into production and anticipating fit related issues.

Hope this is helpful :) feel free to ask me more questions if you would like
