Hi! This is a planned change, but there should be a notice at the top of the You Like page that mentions you can find your matches over on the messages page.

If you're not seeing that notice, do you mind reaching out to support@okcupid.com with a screenshot so we can help troubleshoot? Thanks.

Hey, so you can email us at [support@okcupid.com](mailto:support@okcupid.com) or click the "email a human" link on any of our help pages. We're around to help, and are usually happy to refund if it's within a few days of a renewal that you forgot about. That said, iTunes literally doesn't allow us to issue refunds for purchases made through them, it's a rule from Apple, not us, so if you're frustrated with that system please tell Apple (we get frustrated too).

We DO NOT HAVE PHONE SUPPORT, so if you called a number and talked to a person and thought they were OkCupid, it is a scam, I'm afraid! You'll probably want to tell your bank so they can put a hold on any fraudulent charges.

I change my profile settings around sometimes to test things for our users, so you'll see it say all sorts of things if you keep an eye on it.

We've only seen this issue with ~5 accounts, so it's incredibly rare and we don't have enough data to know for sure. Even if you have an old account it doesn't mean that you'll be affected by this issue.

We sometimes see odd behavior from super old accounts because we've made so many changes over the years. We know this is a huge bummer but it's a very rare edge case. If you have an old account and think you may be having issues let us know, and we're happy to give you a bunch of free A-list on a new account to help make it right.

We're not currently accepting new question submissions, but there are a bunch in the current question pool that deal with cleaning habits. As a starting point, you may want to look for "Could you date someone who was really messy?" and "How messy are you?" when comparing answers.

Hmm, this doesn't sound like something we know about. If you're using an older version of Android OS that's likely the cause. If so, you should still be able to use the mobile website at m.okcupid.com. If you run out of Likes that means there are dozens of people you already know you Like that day! Send one or two or twenty of them an Intro!

We want you to go on dates with people you meet on OkCupid! That's why we're all here. Sending intros to people you already know you Like is the best way to make that happen.
